一,基本构成部分
1、 Basic components
基本构成部分是指一套设备,能正常运行必须具有的组成部分。
Basic components refer to the components of a set of equipment that can operate normally.
1-1,变压器
1-1, transformer
变压器给设备提供需要的电能的装置。
A device that provides the required electrical energy to an equipment.
变压器根据冷却介质的不同可以分成干式变压器和油冷变压器两种。
Transformer can be divided into dry type transformer and oil cooling transformer according to different cooling medium.
在中频炉行业我们推荐用特种油冷式整流变压器,
In the medium frequency furnace industry, we recommend the use of special oil cooled rectifier transformer,
这种变压器不管是过载能力还是抗干扰性都远远好于普通变压器。
This kind of transformer is much better than ordinary transformer in overload capacity and anti-interference.
影响变压器能力的因素
Factors affecting transformer capacity
1)铁芯
1) Iron core
铁芯的材质直接影响磁通量,
The magnetic flux of the iron core is directly affected,
常见的铁芯材质有硅钢片(有取向/无取向),非晶带材;
The common core materials are silicon steel sheet (oriented / non oriented) and amorphous strip;
2)线包材质

现在有铝芯线包,铜芯线包,铜包铝线包。
Now there are aluminum core wire package, copper core wire package, copper clad aluminum wire package.
线包的材质直接影响变压器发热量;
The material of coil package directly affects the heat value of transformer;
3)绝缘等级
3) Insulation class
B级允许工作温度是130℃,H级允许工作温度是180℃
The allowable working temperature of grade B is 130 ℃ and that of grade H is 180 ℃
