Regularly start the diesel electric generator to ensure its reliable operation.
1.按规定时间对电炉进行定期保养、润滑、紧固（如用无水压缩空气对感圈、铜排、电控柜等进行系统除尘，对润滑部位进行润滑、紧固螺栓）。
1. Regularly maintain, lubricate, and tighten the electric furnace according to the specified time (such as using anhydrous compressed air to remove dust from the sensing ring, copper bar, electric control cabinet, etc., and lubricating and tightening bolts on the lubricated parts).
2.每天观察水压表、水温表及检查输胶管老化程度;定期检查各个冷却水支路的流量，确保管路没有堵塞，管接头不漏水，尤其是固体电源柜内的冷却水接头，绝对不允许漏水，如果发现漏水，可将管接头卡箍上紧或更换卡箍；定期检查水塔喷淋水池、膨胀水箱内存水，电源柜、水箱存水，并及时补充；要经常检查备用泵的状况，每隔3—5d使用一次备用泵，保证备用泵运行绝对可靠。
2. Observe the water pressure gauge and water temperature gauge every day and check the aging degree of the rubber hose; Regularly check the flow rate of each cooling water branch to ensure that the pipeline is not blocked and the pipe joints are not leaking, especially the cooling water joints in the solid power cabinet. Water leakage is absolutely not allowed. If water leakage is found, the pipe joint clamp can be tightened or replaced; Regularly check the water in the spray tank and expansion tank of the water tower, as well as the water in the power cabinet and water tank, and replenish them in a timely manner; Regularly check the condition of the backup pump and use it every 3-5 days to ensure its absolute reliability.
3.检查电容器是否漏油。如果电容器接线端子处漏油，可用扳手将接线端子底部的螺母紧固。

4. Intermediate maintenance. Grind the ceramic insulators and brackets on the AC incoming line side, the diode brackets for the rectifier part, the ceramic insulators for capacitors, the main contact parts of IGBT (thyristor), the inverter and intermediate frequency AC copper bars, etc. with ethanol; Replace the aging water supply pipes of the electrical cabinet, unblock the bottleneck of the water nozzle, (IGBT) thyristor water-cooled blocks, and replace the AC copper insulation board and individual capacitors.
